"I joined Senate President Emil Jones as a sponsor of Senate Bill 3, which created the Senior Prescription Drug Act. Now known as I Save Rx, and administered by Governor Blagojevich’s office, the program has provided discounted prescriptions for thousands of Illinois senior and people with disabilities.  I joined with my colleagues and the Governor in supporting the "All Kids" program, which provides health coverage for every child in Illinois who does not have other insurance."
